Hi friends! I'm Danielle, and I started this blog as a creative outlet in 2018, seeking to share my reflections and travels. In 2020, I was diagnosed with POTS, a form of Dysautonomia, and in 2021, I decided it was time to add a new page to my blog to share my journey with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and perhaps be of encouragement to others living with chronic illness.
About the Blog:
POTS: this page focuses on my journey with Dysautonomia and offers some tips for dealing with the crazy array of symptoms that come alongside SELAH: this page shares my reflections on Scripture and how the Lord is moving in my life TRAVELS: this page shares pictures, memories, and travel tips over the years as I make my way through God's creation
About the Author
I live in the southeast US - I'm all about those blue ridge mountains!
I recently graduated college with my degree in Public Health
I work for a nonprofit medical clinic
I speak French and Spanish
I adore my church community
I love ice cream and tacos and my boyfriend and my dog (not necessarily in that order)
My life looks pretty different now than it did before POTS, but I still try to find adventure in the little things, even when chronic illness tries to hold me back
